Welcome to Trusty Movers Transport. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and moving services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Overview

Trusty Movers Transport provides the following services in the UAE:

• Residential moving (homes, apartments, villas)
• Commercial/office relocation
• Packing and unpacking services
• Furniture assembly and disassembly
• Storage solutions
• Handyman services
• Export packing

2. Booking and Quotes

2.1 Quotations

• All quotes are estimates based on information provided by the customer
• Online calculator estimates are approximate and subject to change
• Final pricing is confirmed after physical or virtual inspection of items
• Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue

2.2 Booking Confirmation

• Bookings are confirmed upon acceptance of the quote
• We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance
• Peak season bookings (end of month, summer) should be made earlier
• A confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp, email, or SMS

2.3 Changes and Cancellations

• Changes to moving date must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled move may incur charges
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances

3. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about items to be moved
• Disclose any items requiring special handling (fragile, valuable, hazardous)
• Ensure clear access to both pickup and delivery locations
• Obtain necessary permissions (building management, parking) in advance
• Be present or have an authorized representative during the move
• Backup important data from electronics before the move
• Remove or secure personal valuables (jewelry, cash, important documents)

4. Prohibited Items

We do not transport the following items:

• Hazardous materials (explosives, flammables, chemicals)
• Illegal substances or contraband
• Perishable food items
• Live plants or animals
• Weapons and ammunition
• Items prohibited by UAE law

If prohibited items are discovered, we reserve the right to refuse transport and may terminate the service without refund.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing

• All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED)
• Prices include labor, transportation, and basic packing materials
• Additional charges may apply for stairs, long carries, or special handling
• Waiting time beyond 30 minutes may incur additional charges

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers
• No advance payment required for standard residential moves
• Corporate clients may arrange credit terms upon approval

6. Insurance and Liability

6.1 Basic Coverage

All moves include basic liability coverage. Our liability is limited to items that are damaged due to our negligence during the moving process.

6.2 Exclusions

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear
• Items packed by the customer (owner-packed boxes)
• Damage caused by improper disclosure of item fragility
• Electronics or appliances that fail to function (internal issues)
• Damage due to acts of God (weather, natural disasters)
• Items left behind at the original location
• Damage to items not disclosed during the quotation process

6.3 Claims Process

• Damage must be reported immediately upon delivery
• Written claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
• Claims must include photos and description of damage
• We will investigate and respond within 14 business days

7. Storage Services

For customers using our storage services:

• Minimum storage period is one month
• Storage fees are due monthly in advance
• We are not responsible for deterioration of items not suitable for storage
• Access to stored items is by appointment only
• Items not collected within 90 days of agreement termination may be disposed of

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Trusty Movers Transport and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree to:

• Use the website only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not transmit harmful code or interfere with website functionality
• Provide accurate information when submitting forms

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Trusty Movers Transport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to these Terms or our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trusty Movers Transport, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
